Kla Ha Ya Days bills itself as an old-fashioned summertime festival and they certainly have the history to back it up! Founded in 1913, Kla Ha Ya means welcome and they have five days of fun planned to welcome you!

If you are in the mood for a carnival then Kla Ha Ya Days has five days of fun planned for you! The carnival atHarvey Field opens at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, at 4:00 pm on Thursday , at 2:00 pm on  Friday and at 11:00 am on Saturday and  Sunday. If you want something a little bit old fashioned, maybe the frog jumping contest is for you? Meet at the corner of First & Ave B. on July 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm to check out the largest and longest running frog jumping contest in the Northwest! Frogs are provided and over 250 will be there to participate.

If frogs aren’t your thing, maybe one of the silly contests is more your speed? If you think you are good at eating maybe the pie eating contest is the contest for you. If you don’t like pie, maybe ice cream or watermelon are the right contests to enter. If you don’t want to eat but are still feeling silly, how about entering the cherry pit spitting contest? Check out the schedule for more information.

No old-fashioned summertime festival would be finished without a car show, a grand parade and a street fair! You won’t want to miss Saturday and Sunday when all of those events take place, plus your kids will love the Frogtastic Kids Fair!
